I was supposed to pick up a pre-loaded trailer between "6/26-6/27/26 by 23:00". I arrived on 6/27 @ 18:22 (Saturday). I was told the trailer wouldn't be ready until Monday after 9 am. I had to sit at this shady truck stop the whole time. I had just come off a 34 hr break, this will be the second 34 in a week. Zero respect for drivers and their hours!

I arrived at the loading facility at 1:30 PM, which was my scheduled appointment time. The loading was finally completed around 6:00 PM, but as of 6:40 PM I still havenβt received my paperwork. The delay was excessive and completely unacceptable. There was no clear organization or respect for driversβ time. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I do not recommend this facility due to the slow service and poor time management.

Checked in at 7:30am for a 8am apt. Security guard advised to parked in empty lot till door is available. Got door at 9am. Unloaded at 9:45am. If it wasnβt for the wait time, even though I had an apt. I wouldβve given a 5 star. Other than that, place is clean, organized & plenty of space in docks.

It's one of the best shippers that I have ever seen. I was late for my 2pm appointment, I arrived at 8 pm on Saturday. They gave me a door right away and got loaded in 30 minutes. May God bless all of the people who work π here.

Got lucky and was given 1st class treatment after arriving 4hrs early on 4/4/24 for a 2pm Live Load and got assigned a Dock door#R05 out in back right away. First time here at this location and it is all brand new. Real good signs marking where trucks need to go. The R05 dock is on the back side of warehouse from where you check in. Area in back is a little tight, luckily no trailer beside me as I blindsided into my dock assignment. Guard that I checked in with said once dock light goes from green to red back to green, BOLβs will be in the back of trailer. Better yet, can roll right out through check-in area and leave. No need to stop and check anything. It would be tricky to overnight and not be in the way, wouldnβt recommend. Did see a porta-pottie across from guardhouse. There is no going inside bldg.. Forklift operator was a little aggressive when live loading but not quite bad enough to put seatbelt on. If not for taking me in early, might have cost a rating star.? Many Thanks go out to the Shipping Dept for getting me loaded early. Live loading was done at 11:20am and I departed 11:30am. Mucho Gracious Owens Corning Shipping Dept!
